EDIT: Our car buying experience was wonderful, but our customer service experience after the fact was not. At the time of purchase, we were unsure about some of the optional coverage that was included in the sales price (extended warranty, GAP coverage, etc). They assured us that we could cancel these additional services at anytime for a prorated refund. After purchasing coverage through an outside agency, we tried to cancel the coverage bought through AutoRight. We have been pursuing this for over 3 months now and just keep getting the run around. It has been very frustrating. I would have to reconsider recommending this dealership because of it. We bought a car from Autoright Motors yesterday and it was one of the easiest car buying experiences I've ever had. The salesperson, Greg, was incredibly friendly and welcoming. There was no pressure to buy, which I really appreciated. Although we had already been pre-approved by our credit union, they were able to find us an even better deal on financing. I would certainly recommend them to friends and family.
