Subscriber content preview January 3, 2023 BOTHELL — The longtime owner of a vacant parcel in the Canyon Park area is planning a new medical office building. The property at 710 228th St. S.E. is a little south of Interstate 405, and sold to local investors in 2008 for $670,000. The city of Bothell last month accepted the permit application for a two-story building with about 55,000 square feet. One level of underground parking is planned. There's no architect obviously attached to the project.
